“Designing for Impact” talk at UX India 2024

In this talk at UX India 2024, I explained that by adopting an outcomes-focused approach using Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD), you will gain a deeper understanding of how your actions contribute to achieving organizational goals and ensuring the successful execution of your vision.

I had the incredible opportunity to present my talk, “Unlocking Your Impact: How an Outcomes-Focused Approach Empowers Designers,” at UX India 2024. The conference was a massive gathering of talented designers from around the world, and I was thrilled to be a part of it.

Audience Engagement and Feedback

The audience’s response to my talk was overwhelmingly positive. I was delighted to see how engaged and interested everyone was in outcomes-focused design and jobs-to-be-done (JTBD). After the presentation, I was bombarded with questions from attendees eager to learn more about how to apply these principles to their own work. The enthusiasm and curiosity were contagious, and it reinforced the importance of this approach for designers.

Meeting Fellow Designers

One of the highlights of the conference was connecting with so many talented designers from diverse backgrounds. I had the chance to meet people from all over India and beyond, sharing insights and experiences related to design and product development. The conference provided a unique opportunity to learn from others and expand my professional network.

Appreciation to the Organizers

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the organizers of UX India 2024 for inviting me to speak at this prestigious conference. Thanks, Kaladhar Bapu and Jabeen Shaistha, for all your support in making my presentation successful! The event provided a valuable platform for sharing knowledge and connecting with the design community, and I am honored to have been a part of it.
